Hello :)

When did these problems start? Did you have had problems with the screen before flashing the first time? Can you exclude a hardware problem for the screen?

Where did you get the flash tutorial from? Maybe you could upload a screenshot of the settings you made in Multiloader?! Did you use the Version 5.67?

So far,
Alex

i just upgraded my fone from 1.0 to 2.0 using kies... it did well i thought because i used it for about a month.. it just happened that one day my phone always reboots and the touch screen is not working.
i used this method... i also used the same pattern using different firmwares... (S8500DXLD1 / OLBLD1 and others)

Hrm, looks good so far ...
Just one thing: When checking "Full Download" and Master ROM, you wont be able to check Boot Change likewise, it will be gray ...

Maybe you should just try to flash again ...
Load the battery first!!
Can you activate the Download-Mode?

some tips:
- pick off SD- and SIM-Card!
- deactivate antivirus-Software, terminate the KIES-process in Task-Manager!
- do not mix the FWs! Pay attention that you are picking the data from the same directory!!

Sorry, Im not able to help furthermore :(

What do you mean
ehyjhey wrote:after the flashing process, rebooting problem solved.. but still... i cant use the touch screen and i cant turn off my phone to restart
You could boot bada completely, but you cannot shut it down? Or do you mean, that you cant restart the phone just after flashing?

You neednt take out the batterie, you can hold down the power-key for about 10 seconds, then the phone will restart ...

Where did you get the FWs from? Maybe you could try one of our FWs, they are working fine ... Your reboot-problem sounds like an error while flashing.
On the other hand, if everything but touchscreen is working fine, it really sounds like hardware problem.

LCD and touch sensor have to be exchanged in one, I think, you wont seperate them ... But Im no hardware expert, sorry.

Hope, youll find a solution, maybe someone else can help here ...
